**What you’ll do**:
- Support the procurement of plant and materials for residential developments
- Help issue accurate purchase orders and enquiries using our internal systems

- Liaise with suppliers and maintain positive working relationships
- Work with Commercial, Technical, Accounts and Production teams to align procurement activity with programme needs
- Assist with budget reviews, cost comparisons, and procurement reports
- Help maintain procurement data, compliance checks and invoice reconciliation
- Contribute to new procurement initiatives, including bulk buying and supply chain engagement
**What we’re looking for**:
- A qualification in procurement, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel skills and confidence using procurement platforms
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
**What you’ll get**:
- 26 days holiday
- Private healthcare and wellbeing platform
- Hill Incentive scheme and retail discounts
- Volunteering days and continuous learning opportunities
- A high-performing and supportive team culture
- competitive salary and package
