In this Operations Administrator role, you will be working for an international user experience (UX) and human factors consulting business. Recently established as the UK startup of their highly successful US business, they work with a range of companies globally to deliver actionable insights tailored to specific objectives. **Job description - Admin Assistant**
In this Operations Administrator role, you will report directly to the Managing Partner and Research Director based in London. You can expect a varied and fast-paced environment, focused primarily on administrative support. This will range from bookkeeping and expense responsibilities, to project tracking, keeping the logistics and resources in good order, and generally enabling the wider team to maximise impact with clients.
This role will suit an energetic self-starter, someone with fantastic attention to detail and a desire and ambition to move into a UX-focused role further down the line.
**Key responsibilities - Admin Assistant**
- In this Operations Administrator role, your responsibilities will include: _
- General bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative duties
- Project management support (e.g., resource, time, and activity tracking) and notetaking
- Supporting the team with project logistics and equipment tracking
- Acting as a point of contact for queries and issues with partners, vendors, and clients
- Supporting the team on ad hoc projects and building up documentation and organisational best practice
**Job requirements - Admin Assistant**
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- BSc/BA in social science, office administration or other relevant field is preferred

- A competitive graduate salary bracket between £23,000 - £27,000, depending on experience
