I am currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work for one of the UKs leading specialist surveying consultancies based in London, however this role can be performed on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £30,000 + Benefits depending on skills and experience.

The organisation has a fantastic heritage having been established for over 200 years. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on some of the most complex projects within the UK and deal with some of the highest profile residential and commercial developers. They employ over 50 people across multiple locations in the UK and are continuously looking to gain an office presence in other cities.

To support the growth of the business and to be able to deal with the amount of work they have a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint an Admin Assistant on a permanent basis.

In this role as an Admin Assistant, you will be contributing to the overall successful running of the office and business. This will involve dealing with phone calls from organisations and individuals who may be making enquiries or have live projects with the business. You will also be involved in arranging meetings which could be internal or external for surveyors to meet with their clients. You could also be involved in chasing up quotes and tenders in aid of winning new business and also could spend time researching planning permissions via local authorities to generate new leads.

Ideal Requirements:

- Previous experience working as an Admin Assistant or similar
- Confident answering incoming phone calls
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
