Our Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers in our CAMO Maintenance and Engineering teams and support them through the end-to-end recruitment process for a maternity cover.

We’re looking for a recruiter that has experience of Maintenance and Engineering recruitment. We are a fast-growing company and the demand for new positions, in addition to replacement hires, is high.

Based in the UK, you will be working on hires for our CAMO and Part 145 operations in Malta, Germany, and the UK.

While your primary focus will be on Maintenance and Engineering, you will also have the opportunity to assist with recruiting for other areas of the business, when required.

There will also be opportunities for you to get involved in projects as we develop the recruitment function within our growing and evolving business.

Your Responsibilities:

- Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers and advise on the best hiring strategy;
- Write and manage job postings for the VistaJet website, job boards and social media;
- Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations;
- Collaborating with our Talent Sourcing Team on headhunting, pipelining and talent-pooling recruitment leads;
- Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process e.g. talent pooling and better use of recruitment tools;
- Collaborate on the development of Vista’s Employer Brand and messaging.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Experienced recruiter that has worked on CAMO Maintenance and Engineering roles either in-house or for a recruitment company;
- Experience recruiting at all levels;
- You have worked with an applicant tracking system (we use iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience recruiting internationally - ideally across Europe, and in particular, Germany.
- While it is not essential, the ability to speak German would be useful.
