DMW Landscapes now employs a small team of highly skilled professionals offering; garden design, garden maintenance and construction for small domestic gardens to larger estates in and around Oxfordshire.

**Job Role**:
The main duties include creating and maintaining beautiful gardens in and around Oxfordshire. Observing, supervising, and controlling the work schedule of the garden maintenance team. Providing advice and assistance where necessary to ensure tasks are performed properly. Other responsibilties include, training new staff members, scheduling in work, liaising with clients and providing feedback to the directors and office staff on a daily basis.

**Key Knowledge**:

- Have extensive knowledge of gardening and plants
- Be able to identify plant distress i.e. pest / disease
- Be competent in maintaining gardens to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is completed adhering to all health and safety guidelines (including all team members)

- Hedge Cutting
- Planting
- Pruning
- Weeding
- PA1 & PA6 Spraying Certificate
- Border Maintenance
- Mowing / Strimming
- Specialist Plant Care
- Topiary
- Daily reporting to Directors and office staff (providing regular feedback)
- Organising the team, setting priorities, plans and delegating tasks
- Training staff day-to-day and evaluating staff members performance
- Evaluate new equipment and techniques, continue to improve knowledge
- Experience in supervising a small team
- Supervising the correct and safe use of equipment, machinery, and vehicles, including routine maintenance inspections
- Assist with the ongoing health and safety policy by carrying out Risk Assessments and giving training talks to the team.

High quality uniform and PPE provided.

A full clean driving license is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
