DMW Landscapes now employs a small team of highly skilled professionals offering; garden design, garden maintenance and building & construction for small domestic gardens to larger estates in and around Oxfordshire.

**Job Role**:
Reporting directly to the Directors of the business on a daily basis in regards to how projects are progressing. You will be required to run and lead projects, organise the team, set priorities and a concise plan for each task to be undertaken. Controlling the workload by delegating tasks and to oversee the deliverables of the work scheduled.

**Key Knowledge**:

- Experience in landscaping (minimum of 5 years preferable)
- Basic principles of horticulture
- Understanding of landscaping techniques and construction

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Construction of decking, composite and timber
- Fencing work, installation and repairs of all types of fencing
- Installing garden structures such as pergolas and sheds
- Knowledge and ability to lay paving, setts and stonework
- Knowledge and ability to lay blockwork and brickwork
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guideline and wear correct PPE
- Shrub & tree planting / turfing and seeing

A full clean driving license is required. Experience in operating mini diggers plus other plant machinery & power tools.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
