At Rygor Group, we are we are looking for an organised and efficient Truck Sales Administrator who can provide essential administrative support to the Sales Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to vehicle sales admin. You will approach this role with a commercial mind and will work effectively with our sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.- ** Role Level on the Rygor Career Journey Map: C1, Individual Contributor**

**️**Day to day, you will be**:

- Answering phone calls, assisting with queries, and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Providing support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
- Processing deals from point of order to delivery,
- Chasing updates,
- Liaising with third party bodybuilders
- **️** Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role**:

- **Organisation -** Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, good time management, and maintain an efficient system to keep the office running smoothly. Previous administrative experience is preferred.

- ** Attention to Detail**:

- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks, whether it’s data entry, record-keeping, or preparing documents, to avoid mistakes and ensure high-quality output.
