Robertson Bell is partnering with this leading not-for-profit organisation, to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The Finance Manager position will lead a team of four transactional staff, responsibility for the final set of management accounts,and provide an excellent business partnering function to budget holders around the organisation.

**The main responsibilities of the Finance Manager include**:

- Lead, manage, and oversee a team of four transactional staff members, ensuring the smooth running of both the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Oversee the team’s work to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactional reporting.
- Conduct monthly one to one’s with team members, identifying areas for improvement and guiding the team to ensure productivity and to drive efficiencies.
- Pull together the final set of management accounts, reviewing the draft reports produced by the Management Accountant and report on any supporting commentary and analysis to the Finance Director.
- Assist with the annual budget setting process, and business partner with varying levels of budget holders around the organisation to review monthly performance, identify and analyse variances and ensure budget holders are held accountable within their financialconstraints.
- Be a key point of contact for auditors at year end, delegating work where required to ensure clear audit trails are produced in a timely manner.
