**Duties**
- Oversee the supply of Work packs to 3rd party Heavy Maintenance Providers across Europe & The Middle East ensuring they are supplied in order to meet contractual deadlines.
- Oversee the co-ordination of data input staff across Europe & The Middles East based at 3rd party maintenance providers to ensure there is sufficient manpower.
- Provide training to data input staff to ensure they are competent to perform their daily duties.
- Perform competency assessments on all data input staff in accordance with the required timeframe to comply with company procedures.
- Liaise with internal & external heavy maintenance providers to ensure timely return of work packs to the customer in accordance with EASA regulation.
- Liaise with the customer to resolve any documentation queries in a timely manner.
- Oversee the Heavy Maintenance Document Control Coordinators to ensure all documentation is completed to the correct standard set out by the regulatory bodies and customer requirements.
- Sample audit completed work packs to ensure they are completed to the required standard.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with document management software and systems is highly advantageous.
- An Aviation based degree would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
