**The Role**

Axiologik are passionate about recruiting and nurturing the best talent available. As a Talent Partner, you will be part of the resourcing team, helping support the rapid growth of the business. The resourcing team support recruitment for all our practices; Architecture, Delivery, Design, Product and Engineering as well as internal operational resourcing. We aim to be as proactive as possible, as well as striving for continuous improvement.

**Duties**
- Work with hiring managers to build job specs
- Working with practice leads to
- Engage with Recruitment Partner’s to provide regular updates on progress of roles
- Keep up to date with market trends and provide insights to the practices

**Knowledge and experience**
- Experience of hiring talent in the IT/Technology market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR databases, Application Tracking System (ATS)
- Familiarity with IR35 and the impacts of inside/outside
- Experience of recruitment events, both internal and external

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
