Hyde is looking to recruit a Senior Assurance Officer (Risk).

As a Senior Assurance Officer (Risk), you will support Hyde by providing assurance that key policies and procedures are operating effectively and understood across the organisation. You will also support delivery of the Risk Management Framework through carrying out periodic risk and controls reviews with risk owners. This role will require somebody with experience in operational risk management as well as experience in assurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out four-six policy assurance reviews per year (Policy STARs) that provide assurance to the organisation that key policies and procedures are operating effectively and well understood by staff
- Carrying our regular risk and control reviews with risk owners
- Supporting the Head of Risk and Assurance with ad-hoc risk reporting for the Hyde Leadership Team and Committees
- Supporting projects and programmes with risk management advice and guidance

**Key Skills & Experience**
- A risk management or assurance qualification or demonstratable career history and experience in the field
- Experience in preparing reports for an Executive or Board level
- Experience in carrying out assurance reviews or policy reviews
