**What you’ll be doing**
We are looking for an experienced **PMO Analyst / Co-ordinator**to join our busy newly established Customer Transformation team. This is a hybrid role where you will mainly be working remotely with 1 day every two weeks in our Swindon office.This is an exciting and varied role where you will be at the forefront of transforming our business.
The PMO Analyst / Co-ordinator will work as part of the portfolio team working on a variety of transformation projects supporting all aspects of the Portfolio team to ensure that processes, principles, governance, and standards are in line with our vision andstrategy which will support our key strategic objectives for the year.
You will support the Portfolio Planning Manager, Governance Lead and Programme Managers with activities covering, but not limited to RAID Management, Financial Reporting, Project Planning, Business Cases, Governance, Meeting pack collation and stakeholder management.
**What you should bring to the role**:

- 2 years previous experience of working in a PMO or project delivery environment
- Previous experience of RAID management
- Previous experience of tracking and monitoring project costs
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans
- Proactive approach to activities - solutions focused
- Ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Fully competent with all MS Programmes
- Additional travel may be required to other sites.
- Full UK driving license (and use of car)
