**About the role**
We are looking for an organised PMO Coordinator to join our busy newly established Customer Transformation team. This is a hybrid role where you will mainly be working remotely.
The PMO Coordinator will work as part of the portfolio team working on a variety of transformation projects supporting all aspects of the Portfolio team to ensure that requests are captured, reported, and documented on.
You will support the Portfolio Planning Manager and Programme Managers with activities covering, but not limited to coordinating meetings, agendas, creating presentations, administering the programme level RAID, delivery plan, actions tracking, minute-taking,tracking costs, onboarding, activity planning and general programme support.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Assisting with the running and management of the PMO on a day-to-day basis
- Co-ordinating transformation projects and activities ensuring consistency
- Managing and proactively identifying risks/issues / dependencies for programmes/projects escalating to Portfolio where required
- Coordinating agendas, minutes, actions & follow-ups and maintaining programme/projects plans
- Developing presentations for a portfolio of transformation activities
- Promoting the PMO project management methodology and standards, and the implementation of best project management practice
- Providing and delivering reports, presentations, and analysis of data as necessary
- Supporting the defining and managing/tracking of programme costs
- Liaising with key stakeholders as required to support the delivery of Governance for Customer Transformation Portfolio
- Supporting the delivery of targeted communications back to the business to enhance customer engagement
**What we’re looking for**:
- Previous experience of working in a PMO or project delivery environment
- Previous experience leading or supporting projects and programmes
- Able to manage multiple projects at any one time
- Proven experience in RAID Management
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans
- Experience in defining and managing programme costs
- A proactive approach to activities - solutions focused
- Ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Fully competent with all MS Programmes
