Customer Service Advisor, Engineius’ goal is simple: to make vehicle movement easy.
We are on our way to creating the leading end to end movement solution in the UK for our customers (such as Hertz and The AA), delivered by our network of 500+ drivers and transport agents across the UK.
We went live in April 2018. Since then, we have acquired over 80 clients, many of which can claim to be amongst the largest players in the UK automotive industry.
We are already one of the largest competitors in our space but have ambitions to grow much further.
And we can see our hard work paying off, so much so that we are very proud to have received two high-profile awards in 2021 so far, including the best fleet service software product at the Business Car Awards, and the fleet management innovation award atthe Company Car Today Innovation Awards
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Movement Expert to join our Service delivery team in Birmingham.
The Customer Service Advisor will be part of a growing and ambitious team with responsibility for making sure that both our drivers and customers are happy.
Customer Service Advisor - Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls from our driver network and ensuring that our drivers feel supported by:
- Helping to answer their queries and providing any support required;
- Solving their problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Using our online system and technology to identify when you need to make outbound calls to drivers, and then guiding drivers so they deliver the vehicle to the customer’s instructions and timings.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by:
- Calling them proactively before any issue becomes a real problem and agreeing potential solutions;

- Relationship-building with customers and/or suppliers over the phone;

- Choosing to step up to take more responsibility and accountability.
What You Can Expect:
- Full time role with a competitive salary, plus a team bonus.
- Normal working hours will be 37.5 hours per week.
- The Vehicle Movement Expert will be required to work on a shift pattern basis to cover the operational hours of the business (07:30 - 19:30).
Engineius will take into account your work-life balance, but this shift pattern will include work during Saturdays on a rota basis.
Reporting line into our Team Leaders & Head of Service Delivery.
- Development and training roadmap with opportunity to progress into a more senior Customer Service Specialist role if objectives are met.
