**Role: Residential Childcare Worker**
**Salary**: **Up to £26,500.00 per annum, including annual sleep in allowance and dependant on experience plus welcome bonus of £200 - £300 and **another £200 - £300 once you pass your probation (minimum six months)**
**Hours: Full-time, Permanent **(40 hours per week - 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern)

Acorn Education and Care, are recruiting **Residential Childcare Workers** to join our teams within the Telford Region. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional andMental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.
The homes are based in the Telford region**, **and are within commutable distance from Nantwich, Whitchurch, Telford, Shifnal and surrounds
Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences - for those we look after and for everyone in our team

**How we reward you**

- **Salary**: **Up to £26,500.00 per annum, including annual sleep in allowance and dependant on experience**:
- ‘Journey to Management’ programme - starting with your **Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner **with the ability to continue on to your L5 Management qualification (all qualifications funded by us)
- Annual Leave entitlement equivalent to 5.6 weeks per annum (with options to purchase more)
