Salary - £18,770.00 per annum with ability to earn up to £23,277.00 per annum with just one responsive night per week and one extra shift per month
Hours 36 hrs per week (part-time opportunities also available)

We support an individual who has a learning disability and autism. He lives in his own flat in Drayton. We are looking for a male support worker to be part of our team on a part time or full-time basis who is a caring, fun and patient person. You would be joining brilliant team and make a difference to the lives of people we support. Helping them to live healthy, happy, and independent lives
The person supported has a structured timetable which includes cooking, going to the pub day and health walks. He loves visiting steam rallies and museums.
Driving licence is preferred and great communication is essential.
Full training and shadowing will be provided by an experienced member of the team.

What you will need:
- Ideally, youll have a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements, but were more interested in hearing from people who really want to make a difference to peoples lives. We provide full training and an induction to all staff.
- A positive, can-do, and professional attitude
- To be reliable and flexible and able to do sleep overs
- A valid driving license
