Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who has a passion for supporting others to learn and develop?
An exciting Secondment opportunity for an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our motivated Clinical Skills Team.
You will be required to provide training in clinical skills, for staff who will be working in a variety of different settings.
You will work as part of the Clinical Skills and Safety Team, who will provide you with support and guidance. As well as a comprehensive induction programme.
Knowlege of Community systems are desirable.
Driving is essential for travelling across sites to facilitate training. You will also be required to transport training equipment as required.
To work with the Clinical Skills Team in the development and delivery of clinical skills training across the Trust as well as providing a framework of best practice in the care of the deteriorating patient.
To work with senior managers to identify core clinical skills for identified service delivery areas, developing and delivering training to individuals, groups or teams providing specialist advice as required.
To provide practical support to front line teams with the implementation of clinical policies and Standard Operating Procedures at a local level to ensure consistent high quality service. Providing advice and bespoke training when required.

To work with service managers and staff across the Trust to ensure that clinical skills training is available, competency assessment processes are in place and that best practice is promoted.
To help maintain good communication, liaison and working arrangement with Directorates, other Trusts and other agencies
To communicate and liaise with appropriate local and external stakeholders/ agencies to enable the sharing of best practice and learning from incidents related to clinical skills/patient deterioration.
