**HR Advisor - FT Perm, Hybrid Home and Milton Keynes based. £35-40k plus Bens**.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent and full time HR Advisor to join the HR team. This role leads on all aspects of generalist HR and ER and reports into the HR Manager.

You will lead on ER case management, stakeholder advice and relationships, people planning and generalist HR advice.

You will be commercially astute, an expert in ER casework - discipline, grievance, absence and performance - and be a confident team player, capable of working with stakeholders directly.

Ideally CIPD qualified (level 3 or 5) you will have several years of strong HR experience.

You will be conscientious, deal with conflict positively, be driven, results orientated and be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
