**CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR**
**MIDDLEWICH AREA**
**FULL TIME PERMANENT**
**UP TO £26K DOE**

**THE ROLE**
- Management of key customer accounts, dealing with enquiries and processing of customer orders
- Working closely with internal planning team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Managing of customer expectations and informing of any delays in receipt of goods
- Liaising with a number of supply chain partners in order to achieve specific KPI’s
- Providing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for all customers
- Dealing with complaints
- Quality checking of each order and obtaining delivery confirmations
- General administrative support

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Office based customer service or administrative experience is required
- Previous experience of managing key customer accounts would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of IT literacy
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
