Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work within Primary Schools Burton and the surrounding areas, supporting pupils with ASC and complex needs.

Daily rate of pay depends on experience between £88 to £98 per day.

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Teaching Assistants, that will be able to support pupils daily in the classroom. Some of the pupils you will be supporting will have various SEND needs, experience of supporting different needs would be desirable but not essential. You will play a key role in supporting the pupils with communication, learning, and independence, in a safe and inclusive environment to help their development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting pupils with ASC
- Supervising pupil's behaviour
- Encourage and support the pupils learning and development.
- Support social interaction.
- Helping the teacher prepare for lessons and plan activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience of support children or adults with ASC
- Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability
