Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a contact centre advisor, you will:

- answer telephone calls relating to council tax arrears and penalty charge notices on behalf of local authority clients throughout England and Wales
- Be supported by the in-house learning and development team
- Be encouraged to grow personally and professionally
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Remain understanding, empathetic and professional

We are keen to speak to anyone who is confident on the phone and has previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. All applicants for this role will undertake DBS/CCJ checks prior to employment.
