**Senior Production Manager**
- Extensive experience in Production & Operations Management
- Grow income through securing repeat business to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and gross profit targets
- Develop and manage clients by building relationships with key contacts and ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered for all projects in order to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Ensure that there is regular communication with all clients including site visits (at the office and onsite) to make sure relationships are maintained even when there are no active projects.
- To learn and be knowledgeable on the full range of the company's services and cross sell different components so that clients are offered a 'Total Solution' whilst maximising the company's return from opportunities
- Strong technical knowledge of AV & Video Conferencing equipment
- Management of high profile virtual and hybrid events
- Work with clients to produce accurate and constructive quotations which meet their budget requirements
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service, as well as onsite technical direction
- Provide detailed technical drawing for each event/installation which meet the client's needs and contain all details required to run the event
- Awareness of Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Risk Assessment and enforcement of methodology
- Experience in working with CAD and Graphic Programmes
- Attend meetings and site surveys as required
- Produce monthly revenue and GP forecasts for each client

This role will be predominately based from our offices at Park bury Estate in Hertfordshire with regular travel to the Creative Staging Offices in Acton and client sites.
