Marketing Executive

YTL Developments is looking for a highly motivated and effective marketing person to join our team to help with all aspects of our marketing and digital marketing programme for Brabazon.

Over the next 20 years, the former Filton Airfield is set to be transformed into Brabazon, a thriving new neighbourhood for Bristol. This historic local landmark will become a new urban community with over 2,600 homes, creative workplaces, and a vibrant town centre, set amongst landscaped public squares and parkland. Significant investment will improve infrastructure with a new railway station, metro bus connectivity as well as dedicated cycleways.

**What you'll do**:
This role will see you supporting the Head of Marketing and Communications, Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. You will be involved in a variety of roles and responsibilities, including both everyday duties and project-based activities.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

- supporting the production, planning and ongoing management of all digital marketing content and collateral, including online brochures, interactive sales tools, websites, digital advertising, social media, and e-newsletter content.
- drafting press releases and media materials, and effectively dealing with journalists' enquiries, engaging with residents and managing business stakeholders
- working on individual projects, including the project management of workstreams for collateral design and production
- ensuring budget management processes are adhered to, workflow and project management tools are kept up to date and meetings are scheduled and minuted
- sourcing and interpreting useful information to provide accurate and timely reporting to explore and define audiences and analyse market performance
- working within a team environment, managing internal expectations while also liaising with external agencies to coordinate activity and ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and to budget
- obtaining testimonials from customers and preparing award entries
- ensuring all internal evaluation tools, spreadsheets and reports are kept up to date.

**What you'll need**:

- educated to a degree level or hold a CIM marketing qualification
- a background in competent copywriting is essential
- prior experience managing a website, uploading content, publishing to a live site and blog writing
- prior experience organising and attending events for prospective customers
- networking with both internal and external stakeholders, both customer and business-related.
- excellent PR and communications skills.
- reliable and diligent, with proven project-led, analytical and organisational skills
- strong research skills, where you have sourced and interpreted useful information
- competent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office and copywriting.
- experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop Illustrator, SEO writing or Canva, would be beneficial.
- experience in creative design and imagery would also be of interest
- experience working in an agency would be preferred but not essential
- experience in property development is desirable but not essential.
