**Role overview**:
As a stand alone Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. You will work closely with cross functional teams to implement various marketing campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively reach our target audience and achieve our business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and content creation.
- Commercially driven with a track record of delivering ROI on marketing activities.
- Self starter with the ability to generate ideas, prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Action oriented with a practical approach to problem solving.

**Work Location**:
Bristol office.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
