**Responsibilities**
- Collate and manage information for existing and new client meetings.
- Retrieve new and historic information about individual clients.
- To process post sale requirements, working to and ensuring deadlines are met for both individual and corporate clients.
- General office duties including data entry, telephone/reception duties, handling post, photocopying, filing, scanning, research, and letter writing.
- Helping maintain accurate and compliant client files
- Product Illustrations
- Completion of Annual Reviews from a template
- Completion of Top up letters from a template
- Mail merge and sending monthly market commentary
- Cash Balance Checks
- Preparing for annual reviews
- Running risk profiling questionnaires
- Running ID checks
- Checking financial sanction lists for new clients

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus
