Our client has a great opportunity for a person seeking a Part-Time Logistics Administration position who has experience of warehouse or logistics administration experience.

15-20 hours per week over 3-4 days flexible.

This is a new position reporting to the Warehouse Manager and working in a team of 3.

**Part-Time Logistics Administrator Essential Experience**
- Must have experience of administration tasks associated to warehouse or logistics operations

**Part-Time Logistics Administrator Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support associated to the warehouse operations
- Checking and processing orders through the warehouse management software.
- Producing quotes and job sheets for warehouse services e.g. labelling projects, re-packing of goods etc.
- Liaising with third party warehouses who hold stock for the business.
- Working with the warehouse supervisor to manage the order flow and schedule of work.
- Liaising with freight forwarders and couriers regarding shipping prices.
- Answering all incoming calls, dealing with enquiries and escalating where required.
- Invoicing clients at the end of warehouse projects and assisting with monthly invoicing.

**Part-Time Logistics Administrator Skills**
- Previous experience of working with warehouse management software e.g. software that processes order, despatch notes, stock levels etc essential.
- Good MS Word and Excel skills also required in terms of creating new documents updating and creating basic spreadsheets.
- Must be a car driver as the business is in a rural location 5 minutes from Alton.
