**Job Vacancy**:Secretary / Buyer / Admin (Start date asap).
**Starting Salary**:£25,000 to £35,000 per annum (Dependant on Hours and experience) + benefits
**Job Role/Main Responsibilities**:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (Negotiable - minimum 40 Hours week).
- Answering office phone - Sorting received post - General Day to Day Enquiries.
- Ordering materials for Site - Raising Purchase orders on Eque2 and chasing delivery of materials.
- Matching statements on Eque2 - arranging invoices for Payment.
- Managing Skip Exchanges and Plant Hire.
- General office duties - Ensuring Form packs are filled
- Arranging Van servicing and Mot’s
- Manage new start packs for Operatives - Booking Training Courses
- Manage Training matrix and ensure operatives training up to date.
- Update Chas/Smas/Construction line (Annually).
**Essential**:
- Industry experience.
- Experience in Eque2
- Ability to use Microsoft Word - Excel - Outlook - Planner
- Confident on the phone
- Confident delegating and managing tasks through to finish
