**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week**

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Derbyshire

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Responsible for all operational service delivery including risk and compliance in the region through contract delivery teams.
- Own the customer relationship, promoting a one-team approach and issue resolution.
- Carry out technical inspections, building workarounds and proactively identify tasks.
- Oversee incidents & failure management.

**About You**:

- Senior Management experience in the facilities management area, managing hard and soft services and project works including managing an operational site-based or mobile team.
- Hold a valid CSCS card and have relevant H&S qualifications for the position (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS).
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and written report writing.
- Good PC skills, including advanced Excel.
- Ability to complete full Disclosure and Government baseline clearance (mandatory requirement to work on contract).
- Please note that this position may require security clearance as a contractual
- requirement.
- Managing Site Cleaning teams, Support, Recruitment & Training.
- Auditing and measuring performance.
