Operations Support Manager covering the South West & East Midlands Region Permanent - Full Time - 37 hours per week. Covering South West (Bristol, Swindon, Falmouth, Bath, Chippenham and Wells). Covering East Midlands (Nottingham, Leicester, Derby andLincoln). The role is peripatetic and will involve travel and staying away from home.The main purpose of the role is:To support the Operational Management of the region by promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of person-centeredcare, ensuring that we are meeting individual needs and that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met. You will take up a variety of senior positions in MHA care homes as required and provide temporaryrelief in the absence of the manager or senior officer in a home, carrying out the full duties of the post. The successful post holder will carry out specific projects within a home or region, as specified by the Regional Director and relevant Area Manager.You will have a professional qualification in a Care or health field.
