**Driver and Contract Depot Coordinator**

The role as Driver and Depot Coordinator is a varied and very rewarding position within the Bestway Wholesale family. It is a hybrid role, reporting to the Contract Account Controller you will be operating in Bestway Enfield for the Contract sales team. As well as delivering stock to wholesale customers, you will be an integral part of the team picking, preparing orders and completing administerial tasks. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service

With a customer centric approach, you should be passionate about putting the customer first and ensuring that exceptional levels of customer service are provided, at all times.

Based in Bestway Enfield key responsibilities of this role, amongst others, will include:

- Effectively manage the orders through to delivery within the Bestway network
- You will have the relevant licences for a 7.5 tonne driver including a C1 licence, CPC and a Tachograph card
- This role will suit a person with fantastic organisational skills, enjoys interacting with customers and must be a great team player.
- Working collaboratively with the Contract team, plus the teams across our wholesale network and Sheffield Support Centre, at all times, to ensure open and professional communication.
- The role involves cash handling and ensuring all the paperwork is completed and necessary policies are adhered to.
- We will train you to operate our iPad technology to manage stock control and invoicing.

Working in a collaborative manner, skilful time management and organisational skills will also be one of your strengths, as well as excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with confidence, working creatively to solve problems.

This role offers an excellent salary and benefits package including bonus, death in service and a contributory pension.

OTE £29,800k
