**Are you newly qualified or an experienced level 2/3 Practitioner?**

Starting salary £20k per annum DOE - (3% increase upon passing probation).

Flexible working week, full or part time shifts available.

Core hours: 07:45 - 18:00

**All year round setting.**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Can demonstrate an understanding and passion for outdoor learning.
- Preferably has a little bit of quirkiness We try not to take ourselves too seriously
- Be active This role is not for sitting down all day We are a very outdoorsy nursery You must come to us full of ideas and the desire to want to work with others who likes to change things up
- Must have the desire to plan in the moment, extend children's learning and encourage individual challenges.
- Most importantly, be ready to be part of a team, work hard and have fun. You must have worked as a senior practitioner in a nursery environment before.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
