Job Summary:
We are seeking a video editor to join our team. You will be responsible for editing a range of different videos such as

12-15 min talking head youtube videos

50-70 min youtube podcasts

10-15 min youtube vlogs

10-60 seconds shorts/tiktoks

We are looking for someone with any level of previous editing experiance. You do not have to be an expert but we are looking to high someone with basic knowledge (pay will be higher if you have more experaince).

Type of person: Hard working + quick learning.

**Duties**:

- Organise raw footage
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and visual appeal
- Trim and rearrange footage to create compelling narratives
- Enhance videos with visual effects, motion graphics, and other post-production technique
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro (pay will be higher if you have more experaince)
- Understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Knowledge of photography principles and composition
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

This is a paid position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

We have a bonus structure based on performance after initial trial period.
