**Bank Support Worker**:

- Priory The Spinney**is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team.

The Spinney is located within Bamber Bridge, a suburb of Preston, in Lancashire. It offers residential support for three adult males and females, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability. We are located in a pleasant neighbourhood, off a main road.

Our team are dedicated to supporting our residents to have a fulfilled and active life, encouraging dreams, goals and aspirations. We design our support around the individual needs of each person we care for, working together to achieve the very best for everyone in a unique, homely atmosphere. We aim to provide everyday living experiences within the community for people who may otherwise miss the opportunity to experience the wider world.

What you'll be doing
- You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
- Ensure that the people who use our service have any personal needs or requirements met; including personal care, participation in activities and support with daily living tasks. To support people who use our service in achieving their outcomes in the way that they choose.
- Complete daily administration including updating person centred support & care plans, updating charts and completing accurate daily notes.
- Maintains professional relationships whilst developing a good rapport with the people who use our service, their family, colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders.
- Through own professional behaviour, including adhering to policies and procedures, contributes to the maintenance of safety, security and confidentiality standards.
