**About the role**:
You should have experience with adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs or a willingness to grow these skills. But most importantly you should be able to show how you meet our company values and the wishes of the person you are supporting.

This role is to work with one individual in their own home and to support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs. This role will be specifically for bank shifts where you will be expected to provide flexibility and availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
- Help others to live independently.
- Complete supervisions
- Complete team rotas and planning
- Budgeting
- Be a voice for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.
- Embody the values of Believe Care and Support

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
