Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, Scotland branch as a Recruitment Consultant **to manage and grow an existing **warm desk** that supplies **temporary industrial staff to clients in the Lanarkshire area.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems and we are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;**
- Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities
- Working to targets within the industrial team
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary industrial staff for warehouse and production bookings
- Servicing existing business to a high standard
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
- Hours are office based 37.5 per week Monday to Friday working a 2-week rota 8-4.30 and 9-5.30
