**The Role**
**BASE LOCATION**: Bellshill. On-site for initial 3-month training period moving to a hybrid model thereafter.
**SALARY**: Base salary up to £28,000 (DOE) plus bonus
**WORKING PATTERN**: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)
**Role Description**
Are you an experienced Outbound Sales Consultant looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our growing business is recruiting an Outbound Sales Consultant to join our new and expanding team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify and scope new opportunities for each division, ensuring the company CRM system is always current and accurate
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities and demonstrate objection handling.
- Conduct customer research.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services and articulate key features and benefits to prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues when working on activity relevant to lead generation.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
**What do I need?**
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of building a portfolio of prospects.
- Experience with cold calling within B2B (minimum 2 years).
- Experience with research and maintaining databases.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Self-motivated and driven, ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- A growth mindset, adaptable and have a drive for continuous improvement.
