Meraki Talent’s client is actively looking for a Strategic Front Office Transformation Specialist to join their team, within a strategic capacity. This individual will be critical to supporting the development of the long term investment strategies and the capabilities our client offers clients. This person will play a pivotal role in identifying and subsequently implementing the portfolio management tools required for investors, whilst taking a long term view across how this will impact the wider business. A solid background working within/beside the front office of a business is essential, as is a change mindset.

**Responsibilities of the Strategic Front Office Transformation Specialist**:

- Business and technical transformation across the portfolio management platform
- Take a strategically minded, long term view, of the approach surrounding the entire suite of investment management tools
- Ensuring business-critical programmes of work and smaller business change initiatives are implemented successfully
- Own the roadmap required to deliver portfolio management capabilities
- Ensure the need for collaboration and communication to all stakeholders is promoted
- Maintain a solid and robust knowledge of the investment management landscape

**Background of the Strategic Front Office Transformation Specialist**:

- Demonstrable leadership experience in driving the prioritisation and delivery of short and long term initiatives to improve investment capabilities
- Extensive experience working directly within or alongside the front office is essential

Strong understanding of the investment and operational capabilities required to manage a range of asset classes
- Strong programme/project management skillset
- Broad knowledge of asset classes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in dealing with the front office
