**Why this role?**
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to manage a busy and varied team; this unique and exciting role is a great opportunity within a reputable organisation.
**What will you be doing?**
As the Recruitment Manager your responsibilities will mostly consist of:
- Working collaboratively with managers across the organisation along with HR to deliver a strategic approach to recruitment
- Managing the team’s ownership of specific recruitment campaigns
- Providing managers with advice and guidance on appropriate approaches for recruitment and selection process
- Set targets and monitor performance
- Manage, review, and resolve any issues relating to budgets
- Work closely with suppliers and partners to negotiate and manage projects
**Your background**:
You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of managing a team within a large and complex organisation along with delivering solutions-based recruitment support. Experience of working in a role that uses Management, HR andProject Management skills.
This role is a 12 month contract.
