Four Squared Recruitment are recruiting for a services business going through rapid growth within their HR team.
You will jointly lead and manage the HR Casework & Change team which is responsible for enabling the organisation to perform its people management responsibilities in casework, change management and job evaluation activities.
You will jointly lead and manage the HR Casework & Change function within corporate HR.
**What will you be doing?**
- You will be expected to provide high quality professional HR advice and guidance on both complex casework and organisational change, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- You will require significant persuasion and influencing skills to achieve best outcomes for the organisations on all aspects of this function.
- In this post you will also be required to manage a personal case load of complex cases and/or more challenging strategic project work, alongside jointly leading, managing and directing the team.
- You will work collaboratively with other team leaders and Business Partners within the HR function to ensure there is joined up working and shared goals to achieve the organisational HR business plan.
- You will jointly organise, plan, direct, and control team staffing resources to ensure that we can meet the requirements of the business plan and HR Divisional Service Plan.
- You will jointly lead and manage the team as well as personally supervising a combination of HR Advisors and HR Assistants to ensure optimum performance and service delivery in the best interests of our customers.
- You will work closely and collaboratively with trades unions and external partners; the latter to ensure value for money, efficient, and timely services.
- You will manage and develop teams, ensuring all team members are valued and understand their contribution to the business.
**What we need from you**
- You will hold a relevant professional qualification, degree or equivalent specialist qualification or have substantial operational and management experience.
- You will demonstrate detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice.
- You will also understand complex data and the ability to communicate this effectively at all levels.
- You will also be able to negotiate with and influence customers.
- You will have excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
- You can analyse complex data and provide solutions and recommendations to achieve appropriate outcomes.
- You will have experience of managing and developing a team and/ or providing expert guidance to team members.
