Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician. You will be reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor of this highly successful healthcare company, and you will be responsible for fault finding and the inspection of endoscope equipment.Our client is seeking someone with an analytical mind who enjoys a busy work environment. Ideally you will already have a background in some type of equipment quality control.

**As the Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for**:

- Fault find/inspect all models and types of endoscopes
- Prepare internal inspection reports to guide areas requiring repair/rectification
- Utilise computer tracking systems to ensure traceability and contract details
- Deal with company couriers and logístical aspects
- Generate weekly/monthly turnaround time reports
- Gain knowledge and competence on additional products/services within the service department
- Work within a team environment
- Ensure all work is to Quality Management System requirements
- Book in, Inspection and Despatch of Endoscopes and Ancillary equipment.

**The successful QC Technician will have the following related skills / experience**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Analytical mind
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Ability to work with computers
- Good manual dexterity
