4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from MPI Limited MPI are looking for a permanent APU Technician in Southend To work in the APU shop carrying out repair and overhaul of 85 and 36 series APU and component repairs in line with quality and safety requirements. Required: Customer Focussed to Understand and exceed customer needs and expectations at all times. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of company MOE and company procedures. Experience with GTCP 85 and/or GTCP 36 series APUs. Understanding of EASA Pt 145 regulatory requirements for maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft components. Essential experience in an aviation environment, with a preference for previous experience in a similar role. Ability to interpret manuals and accurately record inspection findings. Excellent planning and organisational abilities. Strong written and oral communication skills, with a collaborative approach. Must be highly safety-conscious with a keen attention to detail.
