**About the Role**:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Plumber** to join our client’s growing team, covering commercial and residential properties across the West Midlands. This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset

As a Mobile Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for delivering reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across various sites. You must be able to work independently, represent the company professionally and provide excellent service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend to reactive maintenance and emergency plumbing repairs across multiple contracts
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general plumbing tasks
- Fault-find and diagnose plumbing-related issues in both commercial and residential environments
- Replace and repair toilets, taps, radiators, blending valves, immersion heaters, macerators, pumps, TRVs, pipework, and water heaters
- Clear blockages in sinks, toilets, and drainage systems
- Carry out lagging repairs and basic gutter maintenance
- Complete work reports and job sheets via mobile device/PDA
- Ensure all work meets industry and health & safety standards
- Liaise with clients professionally and provide basic technical guidance when needed
- Ensure personal tools and PPE are maintained and compliant

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Full UK Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Must have own tools and access to transportation
- Proven experience in commercial and/or residential plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and building fabric maintenance
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable using smartphones/PDA systems for job tracking
