We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of **£25,472 **this is made up of a base salary of **£23,338 **along with an additional **£500 **flexible benefit and up to a **£1,634 **discretionary performance related bonus.

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**

In a full-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The role is based in Uxbridge branch.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
