Assist the Payroll Manager in the efficient operation of processing payroll. Performs duties related to payroll operations, including process timesheets, compiling & verifying expenses, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payrolls in accordance with HMRC regulations, legislation and guidelines.

**Customer Support Advisor Job description**

Customer Support Advisor Job Purpose:
Working under the direction of the Support manager the Customer Support Advisors goal is to support and assist the ongoing daily management of customer’s lifecycle with JMK. From initial on-boarding/registration through to final pay and P45 queries the Customer Support Advisor is the “front end” of the company from a contractor’s perspective and is tasked with ensuring that contractor’s understanding of our products along with their queries and concerns are satisfied/handled in line with the company SLA’s and overall objectives.

**Customer Support Advisor Job Duties**:
Under the direction of the Support Manager;
- Register / On-board new contractors in line with company SLA’s
- Select the appropriate products and advise on the merits of each
- Ensure the correct Margins, are assigned to each contractor engaged by JMK
- Ensure the correct contracts and assignments are assigned to each contractor engaged by JMK
- Complete customer satisfaction “Health Checks”
- Chase Identity/RTW documents
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls
- Direct / Advise all contractors to the right course of action where JMK cannot assist / answer the query
- Relay / inform the Support manager and the relevant business development manager of any updates or developments happening with contractors under their accounts
- Ensure a friendly happy place of work for each other
- Ensure a friendly happy can do approach exists to supporting JMKS workforce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
