**Job Title**: (QS) Quantity Surveyor (Experienced)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects
- Attend meetings and build strong relationships with clients and project teams
- Coordinate with other team members to provide necessary support and information
- Ensure timely submissions and track return dates for clients and projects
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement cost-saving measures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the roofing industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and labour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to details
- Strong organisational skills
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £21,948.77-£77,671.32 per year

- London, SW9 6DE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- surveying: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
