Freelance Senior QS required ASAP for £50m+ residential remedial works in North East London We require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major new build residential project – interior, exterior, windows and cladding/facade works – with an overall project value of £53m and approximately £10m left for the final year. The procurement has been completed; the role involves commercial management and package management through to final account and cost reporting. The position is site‑based and will lead a team including a Project QS and an Assistant QS. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to continue as longer‑term freelance or transition to a temp‑to‑perm arrangement. Responsibilities Commercially manage and lead the project to completion. Package management, including cost reporting to final account. Head a team consisting of a Project QS and an Assistant QS. Qualifications Eligible to live and work in the UK. Experience in remedial works for residential projects, with strong commercial management skills.
