We need an organised, self-motivated individual who can multitask, keeping several plates spinning at once. An aptitude for building, maintenance and decoration work is essential along with a solution-orientated ‘can-do attitude. You will be able to use your own initiative and have a keen eye for detail when completing tasks in a safe and controlled manner.

You will have the ability to prioritise and organise your duties effectively and you will also be expected to process administration. Ensure that any required information is passed to the appropriate department in a clear, concise, and timely manner. Basic computer skills, word, excel, etc are essential. The ability to be confident and clear in both written and verbal communication is essential to ensure instructions are understood by multiple parties.

You will be provided with a Company vehicle with a fuel card, a Company Mobile Phone, along with all the tools required to carry out your role. Ongoing training will be provided to progress in the role. Accommodation and sustenance expenses are pre-paid for overnight stays.

**Skills**:

- Clean driving licence - Essential
- Painting and Decorating Experience - Essential
- Basic Plumbing - Essential
- General Carpentry - Preferable
- Tiling - Desirable
- H&S IOSH or similarly trained - Preferable
- Portable Appliance testing
- Desirable
- Maintenance experience: 2 years required
