This is an ongoing, long term,temporary position and, should you wish to apply, you will have the opportunity to join permanently.
The position is full-time and begins immediately. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.
**Temporary Training Administrator Responsibilities**
- Outline dates and send out invites for training sessions across departments
- Identify invitation lists for different invites
- Work with Comms team and project team to distribute comms for training sessions
- Create and own the Global Hub location for ClickLearn Content - not creating content but working with IT to confirm where it will be published
- Co-ordinating plan for delivery of training session, and tracking progress against this
- First point of contact for training queries for project team
- Point of contact for ClickLearn third party communications

- Previous work experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised with good attention to detail
**Location
**Our client is based in Oxford City Centre (OX1). This is a full-time, office-based position. Due to this location, there is no onsite parking unfortunately. However there are many public transport links close by.
