Experience within a similar role is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.

**_Job Summary: _**
- To run the production of an allocated number of machines to fulfil customer orders
- To physically load machines with the correct raw materials, monitoring the output and replacing raw materials as required
- To pack the completed product in the correct boxes
- To carry out manual handling processes (including lifting, lowering and carrying) of raw materials and finished products throughout the shift
- To accurately complete all production and quality record logs
- To actively undertake a ‘clean as you work’ policy
- To fully handover the status of each order and machine to the incoming operative

**_What We Offer: _**

**_Permanent Positions: _** Permanent contract with planned training programme.

**_Competitive Rate of Pay: _**

Starting at £9.75 per hour. (Earning up to £360.00 per week / £18,759.00 per year).

Increasing to £11.40 per hour. (Earning up to £456.00 per week / £23,712.00 per year) on successful completion of training (expected 12 weeks).

**Plus** optional overtime frequently available at competitive rates upon successful completion of probationary period; 1.25X over 40 hours in the week, 1.5X Saturday and 2.0X Sunday.

**_Work-Life Balance: _** Our standard hours are 40 hours per week with a Friday AM finish (night shift pattern). 30 days annual leave per year including ALL bank holidays

**_Development Opportunities: _**Our Machine Operators have the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and there is also the possibility of further development opportunities within our Department Structure. Our Team Leaders and Factory Management team joined TruNet as Machine Operators.

**_Team TruNet: _**At TruNet, you get to work as part of a fantastic team with everybody working together to get the job done. Full training and support will be provided from your department Team Leader and Manager.

**_Our Site_**_: _At TruNet House you will find free, on-site parking, a clean and tidy canteen area with drink and snack vending machines and modern changing facilities.

- Night shift pattern, 40 hours per week, Sunday - Friday, 10:00pm - 06:00am
