Due to **exceptional growth** T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a number of General Operatives to join their team on a **Temporary on-going basis with the potential to go permanent**.
We are recruiting across various departments so if you are a hardworking and reliable individual looking for an immediate start then we want to hear from you
**General Operative Job Details & Benefits;**
- £10.75 -£12.25 per hour depending on shift and experience
- Shifts available across days, afternoons and nights
- Opportunities to train and progress
- Weekly pay
- Referral scheme

- Running products through a machine and quality checking
- Supporting Machine Operatives
- Picking components with tweezers and hand fitting onto products
- Testing products and putting through a machine
- Working in the stores picking and putting together kits from an order sheet
- Packing goods ready for despatch
**General Operative Person Specification;**
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow a process and complete paperwork
- To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
